Are You in Front of a Computer All Day? Here’s How to Increase Comfort & Productivity

by Ezra Firestone

When we talk about the challenges faced by business owners and entrepreneurs…

Most people focus on the difficulties of creating a brand, building a team, or managing daily operations.

But in today’s post, I want to talk about a challenge that most of us face but no one talks about:

The physical and mental affects of being in front of a computer all day.

If you’re like me then you probably spend hours and hours hunched over every day, typing and clicking and squinting at screens.

It may not sound like a big deal, but this behavior can lead to all kinds of health concerns. I won’t even get into the side effects of prolonged sitting, but if you’re a sitter, I really encourage you to read up on it. It’s pretty scary.

Plus, if you experience these discomforts, then you know how much it can distract you from your daily tasks and hurt productivity. (And heads up, business owners — the same is probably true for your employees.)

This is why I invited my good friend and personal trainer Christian Doten to be a special guest at Blue Ribbon Live, Miami, a recent event that I held for my high-level ecommerce mastermind.

At the event, Christian started us off each morning with an optional mobility workout to get our bodies moving and brains working so we’d be ready to absorb 2 full days of content.

Then, Christian was nice enough to jump in front of the camera and talk to everyone in the Smart Marketer community about how to take better care of our bodies.

He even linked to a 6-minute full body warmup video that can help you be more comfortable and increase daily productivity.

Check out the video above to hear what Christian had to say, and click below to watch his warmup video.
