Christian’s 30-minute sessions are super fun and draw from exercises like yoga, core stability and qi gong to provide you with an energizing start to each day of the event.

Welcome Back Blue Ribboners! Meet us on the LaVista Terrace (located on the 4th floor) from 5:00pm to 8:00pm for our Welcome Reception with live music by John Medeski — world-famous Jazz musician.
Drinks and Miami-inspired appetizers will be provided, with some great vegan and vegetarian options, too.
